High up in Rwanda’s Ngororero hills near Lake Kivu, Kageyo is one of the country’s highest coffee washing stations, sourcing from smallholder farmers and known for quality—proven by Cup of Excellence wins. This 100% Bourbon coffee is carefully washed and tastes rich and cozy: smooth caramel sweetness, deep dark chocolate, and a sweet, jammy date finish that almost feels like you added sugar (even when you didn’t). Perfect black or with a splash of milk.
