It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Sasa Coffee is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. -
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sasa Coffee is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure to use a secure location or address where you can confidently receive your package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
