Refund policy

Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for the U.S customers only

Product must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to all refunds and exchanges, unless there was a mistake on our part.

That said, we handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us by email at emmanuel@sasacoffee.co if you need to start a return or exchange.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Item being returned/exchanged
  • Reason for return
